Linda Allison is the founder of a consulting firm focused on helping small businesses do better. Drawing on her experience in leading teams from shop floor to C-suite, she has developed proven tactics for getting results through people. Linda is dedicated to helping businesses develop and execute their strategies using her proven tools. Knowing that people are the real driver of any business, her tools empower people to use their skills and potential to propel themselves and their organizations to the next level.

Linda earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Akron and began her career supervising people, managing production and controlling inventory on the shop floor. Progressing from supervisor to manager, and eventually director and vice president, she gained experience in supervising many types of workers in many environments. Adding a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Mount Vernon Nazarene University enabled her to effectively lead a large, diverse, team in global strategic sourcing and supply chain management at a large automotive parts manufacturer.

She is certified to teach DISC personality analysis through Extended DISC Inc. Linda’s first book, Sweet Triumph, was released in November 2022.

Lori Gorrell provides solutions to move people forward and upward, both personally and professionally. She believes that, given the proper tools and guidance, you can make a greater impact as a leader.

Lori founded her professional development company in 2009 to offer solutions that support measurable improvements in performance for individuals and organizations. She has a Bachelor's in Marketing and a Master of Science in Management and is a certified personal development coach. Lori is a licensed facilitator for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, the Everything DiSC™ suite of products as well as the emotional intelligence tool EQ-i 2.0.

Kim Sayers, 2024 ATHENA Leadership Award Recipient, started her career at The Ohio State University in Wooster when she was hired to create and lead the workforce training and continuing education efforts for the campus. As the Director of Business Training & Educational Services (BTES), Kim is responsible for industry outreach and partnership initiatives: customized workforce training and education, open enrollment professional development as well as credit and non-credit continuing education offerings. She has twice served as the Interim General Manager of the Shisler Fisher Conference Center at the CFAES Wooster Campus and led Ohio’s National Landscape Industry Certification Partnership from its inception in 1999. In June 2024, Kim was recognized with the Lifetime Dedication and Contributions to the Landscape Industry Award, Ohio Landscape Association’s most prestigious award.

She is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Wooster, member of the Workforce  Innovations Network (WIN) Steering Committee, the Orrville Area Chamber of  Commerce, the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce, the Wayne County Women's Network, and the Wayne County Workforce Innovations & Opportunity Act (WIOA) partnership.
