The Ohio State University requires all students, faculty, and staff to report their COVID-19 vaccination status as part of our public health response to the pandemic. You must report your status or obtain an approved exemption by May 31 to register for autumn 2022 in-person classes. Note: Processing may take 3-5 business days.
To meet the requirement:
- Log in to My Buckeye Link via buckeyelink.osu.edu using your Ohio State name.# and password. Authentication with BuckeyePass is required.
- Go to your To Do List at the top right and click on Covid Vaccination Requirement.
- Follow the appropriate instructions listed.
