AgSTAR an EPA Partnership Program
AgSTAR is an outreach program designed to reduce methane emissions from livestock waste management operations by promoting the use of biogas recovery systems. This site has a great Anaerobic Digestion 101 summary and links to Universities doing research in anaerobic digestion. This site also offers a free analytical tool called FarmWare which is designed to provide a preliminary assessment of the benefits of integrating anaerobic digestion into existing dairy or swine manure management systems which may be useful for students interested in AgScience.
