Exciting news! In addition to renewing the Wooster Upward Bound grant and the Columbus Upward Bound grant, OSU received funding from the Department of Education to start a new Upward Bound program out of OSU-Mansfield! Upward Bound programs are federally funded educational outreach programs that serve 1st generation, low income students who want to pursue a college degree.
