Two Ohio State ATI alumni join staff

Heather Bauder and Jeff Gallimore are the most recent Ohio State ATI graduates to have joined the horticulture division.

Heather is a graduate of the floral design and marketing and nursery production and management programs. She is the new laboratory demonstrator in the horticulture division. Her primary responsibilities are in the floral design laboratory and campus gardens. Heather comes to Ohio State ATI from the Buehler’s Milltown store where she most recently served as the floral department manager. As such, Heather has hired and worked closely with Ohio State ATI students and interns. Students who have worked for Heather praise her down to earth management style and her positive approach to performance evaluation. Heather was born and raised in the Wooster area. She met her husband, Sam, while attending Ohio State ATI.

Jeffery Gallimore is ATI's new plant materials specialist. Jeff is a graduate of the Ohio State ATI Landscape program and has several years of experience as a landscape foreman and operations manager. A highlight of Jeff's horticulture experience was his recent position at Lake Forest Country Club in Hudson where annually he planned, planted and maintained 82 garden beds on the golf course and around the clubhouse.
