2:15 - 2:30 pm - Break with game/activity
2:30 - 3:00 pm - Body Work Demonstration
3:00 - 3:15 pm - Break with game/activity
3:15 - 4:00 pm - Spring preventative healthcare
4:00 - 4:15 pm - Break with game/activity
4:15 - 4:30 pm - Body Scoring Demonstration
