Due to the continued power outage, the CFAES Wooster campus will be closed under the “Weather or Other Short-Term Closing Policy, 6.15” until further notice.
- If you are able to work remotely, please do so.
- On-campus services that are critical, as determined by unit and college leadership, will continue during this time.
- Employees required to work on campus during the closure, or those who are unable to work on campus and unable to work remotely, will receive further guidance from HR with instructions on tracking their time to be paid appropriately (see pages 4-5 of the Policy, 6.15).
This is an ongoing issue, we will provide further updates when available. We are also monitoring all facilities and locations as power outages may continue in other areas as well. If you have specific questions or concerns, please direct them through your chair or director to Anne Dorrance, Graham Cochran, or me. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we address these issues. Please do not return to campus until we re-open our facilities.
