Scheduling Your Arrival

Move-in will occur between August 19 and Sunday, August 23. The number of students moving in each day is limited in order to achieve physical distancing. You will need to go online to schedule a day and time for when you will arrive at Applewood Village, and the first day you can access the scheduling system is Saturday, August 1. You can update your arrival time at any point before the day you arrive. You MUST sign up for an arrival time prior to Move-In.  Please access the Move-In scheduling system at: go.osu.edu/moveinsignup. Watch your email for more information about Move-In.

Vehicle Information Registration (for all students)

Parking at Ohio State ATI is complementary in all campus lots. No parking passes are required. However, all residential students, regardless of having a vehicle on campus, are asked to complete the following registration form prior to your move-in day. Residents may register multiple vehicles and only include those that may be on campus throughout the academic year. go.osu.edu/ativehicleregistration

BuckID

If you have not yet submitted an acceptable BuckID photo, you must do so no later than Friday, August 7, 2020. You can find complete instructions at buckid.osu.edu/orientation. Make sure to review the photo requirements. Students who do not submit a BuckID photo will be asked to visit Student Success Services upon arrival, or you may be issued a temporary ID card.

Registering Devices

If you are using an Ethernet cable to get online, you must register your computer or game system’s physical Ethernet MAC address in order to gain access to the local area network. An example of a MAC address and the registration form can be found online.
