It's OK to ask for help
Need a little extra help with groceries or personal care items?
Buck-I-Eats Pantry is here for Ohio State ATI students. Whether you’re dealing with a short-term challenge or just need a little support, the pantry is a welcoming place to get the basics you need.
Using the pantry is normal, private and judgment-free.
Who can use the pantry
The Buck-I-Eats Pantry is available to Ohio State ATI undergraduate and graduate students.
You do not need to fill out an application
When you arrive, swipe in and show your BuckID to the Student Activities Center staff. They’ll give you a bag for shopping.
How it works
Students can choose items that help with short-term grocery and personal care needs. Please take what you need so the pantry can continue to support other students, too.
Your visit is handled discreetly. Pantry use is not shared with faculty and does not appear in your academic record.
Location
Buck-I-Eats Pantry is located in the Student Activities Center (SAC) on the Wooster campus.
Hours
The pantry is available during regular Student Activities Center hours:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
If you need help in the evening or on weekends when the SAC is open, check with SAC staff for assistance.
Please note that SAC hours may change because of events, holidays or staffing.
If you need access when the building is closed or not staffed, contact Kelly Kyser at kyser.53@osu.edu at least 24 hours in advance to talk through options.
Need help outside pantry hours?
If the pantry is closed or you need more food support, visit the Community Resources page for local food pantries, meal programs and other support in the Wooster area.
Want to support the pantry?
Buck-I-Eats Pantry is made possible through community support from faculty, staff, alumni and friends.
Students are never expected to donate in order to use the pantry.
Make a financial gift
Financial gifts help the pantry stay stocked and ready to meet student needs throughout the year.
