Analysis of the role of government in American business, with emphasis on the history, legal basis, organization, and operation of cooperatives. Prereq: Not open to students with credit for 248T. This course is available for EM credit.

PRACTICUM IN FOOD MARKETING

Practical experience in supervised business laboratories, with emphasis on developing and improving competencies related to classroom and career activities. PRACTICUM IN FOOD MARKETING. Prereq: Permission of technology coordinator. A grade of C or better is required to meet graduation requirements.
