Housing Contracts

The Ohio State University Wooster/ATI campus offers housing in on-campus apartments.  The Wooster/ATI campus has a one year live-on requirement meaning all undergraduate students enrolled full time at the Wooster/ATI campus within 1 year of their high school graduation are required to live on campus for one full academic year.  We encourage you to review the Housing Regulations and Terms and Conditions for details about your housing contract, policies, and student responsibilities.  Housing for students more than one year from high school graduation are eligible for on campus housing as long as space is available.

Fall semester housing contracts are emailed out in rounds starting in mid-March based on admittance date. Contract materials are emailed to your Ohio State email account. Students will be able to complete the housing contract online and a payment of $350 ($300 space reservation fee and $50 non-refundable filing fee) will be required at the end of the contract process to secure your space on campus. For additional details about the housing contract process, timelines, and requirements, visit the Incoming Students Housing page. Assignments are based on the date contracts are submitted. Housing assignments for fall semester are emailed out in mid-July. Students will receive contact information for your roommate(s), and we encourage you to reach out to plan who is going to bring what for your room/apartment. The deadline to cancel a housing contract for fall semester for new students is May 15.
