The Goals: After completing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) where employees purchased the company from the founder, Prentke Romich Co. wanted to focus on profitability and efficiency. They also needed to obtain ISO 9001 and ACHC accreditation in order to secure bids and funding sources.
