If you believe in the “grow your own” aspect of workforce development, you know that promoting someone to a supervisor role takes more than just changing his or her job title. You want to give him or her the tools to be effective in the new role, but that can be expensive. This is where The Supervisor’s Toolbox Certificate Program AND OhioMeansJobs Wayne County can help! With the right planning, you can maximize incumbent worker funding for your incumbent worker training needs.

      • Many managers are realizing that the key to building a thriving, successful team begins with understanding, fostering, and developing the emotional intelligence of their employees.  Using the emotional intelligence path, you can coach employees with more impact and determine the best professional development strategies—not only making your employees better and stronger, but making your organization better and stronger.  Watch your team perform, grow, and realize their full potential as you strengthen the resilience of your organization.
