Health Services
The mission of Health Services is to provide quality paitent care to students, faculty, staff, and visitors on the ATI campus. Health Services provides:
- Assessment for any physical or mental health issue.
- Limited health insurance information.
- Medical phone conferences with parents as requested.
- Referral to community health agencies as needed.
- Referral to Comprehensive Internal Medicine as needed.
- Referral to Ohio State University Wilce Health Center as requested.
- Referral to Wooster Community Hospital Radiology Department for X-Rays.
- Suture removal.
- Treatment for minor illness or injury.

Drs. Fast, Bonezzi, and Fearon do not practice medicine on the premises of Ohio State ATI. You may phone and make an appointment to be seen in their offices. Services rendered by Comprehensive Internal Medicine will be billed to your insurance company. If your health care concern is not immediate, please visit the Ohio State ATI Health Services Office first.
Law Enforcement:
The University Police are the responsible agency for all investigations and reports involving incidents on the Wooster campus. This includes all housing, Ohio State ATI, OARDC and outlying Ohio State University operations.
What can you do?
- Keep your car locked and valuables out of sight.
- Don't leave purse, wallet, etc. lying around.
- Use common sense - Crime can occur anywhere, Ohio State ATI is NOT exempt!
All students should have received a campus safety brochure, which contains more details on the department, crime statistics, and programming. If you did not receive a copy or you would like further information, please contact the Wooster Campus Ohio State University Police at (330) 287-0111, or visit their web site.
Traffic & Parking:
- A parking permit is NOT needed for the Wooster campus.
- Park only in marked spaces within a parking lot.
- Report all traffic accidents to the police.
- Driver's license and Ohio State University driving permit is required for driving state vehicles.
- All state traffic laws apply to campus roadways.
- Zero tolerance for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Fire Prevention & Safety:
- Evacuate buildings when alarm sounds.
- Assemble at designated location.
- Tampering with safety devices is prohibited by law.
- Report work related injuries to ATI Business Office.

Special Note on Alcohol and Illegal Drugs:
- NO person may consume an alcoholic beverage in a public place.
- NO person under 21 may possess, purchase, consume, etc. any alcoholic beverage.
- NO person may provide, purchase, etc. any alcoholic beverage to a person under 21. This includes hosting parties.
- Under 21 and drink and drive? .02% blood alcohol (1 beer) makes you DUI.
- Most crimes on campus involve alcohol - victims and suspects.
- Random drug sweeps are conducted on campus, including housing areas.
- Violations will result in appropriate University and criminal court action.
The Wooster Campus Ohio State University Police mission is to help provide a safe environment in which the academic and research missions of Ohio State ATI and OARDC may be pursued. This cannot be accomplished solely by the police. It is a cooperative effort of the campus community and the police working together for a safer campus.
